We have also seen an increase in bank-owned homes and we've been working consistently with Wells Fargo / Wachovia on REO houses. The day we get an address from the bank, we quickly view the site, take pictures and assess what needs to be renovated in order for the bank to sell it. We turn houses in 2 - 5 days, depending on the amount of damages and repairs.
